How to order

If you have decided to purchase a watch you will receive a detailed sales-contract and invoice from us via email, fax or postal letter (according to your preferences). The documents contain all relevant data of the watch, the return-policy of 14 days and the details concerning our 12-month warranty.

After we heave received the full amount on our bank-account, we will immediately confirm receipt of payment and will send copies of the shipping-documents via email. Items ordered will usually be shipped out 24 hours after receipt of payment. Due to security reasons we only ship out on workdays (Monday through Friday).

Of course you can also pick up and pay for your items in our shop in Nuremberg.
